Terms of Service

Provide accurate contact information, review the court, time and price before booking, use Palo lawfully and avoid interfering with the service or other users. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Profiles marked “Message to book” are informational. Their prices, hours and availability are not live and must be confirmed with the club. A booking is only created when Palo shows a confirmation or the club confirms it directly.

While Palo does not require online prepayment, you may cancel before the booking start time from My bookings. Payment, refunds, late arrival and on-site conduct may also be governed by the individual club’s rules. Future prepaid bookings may show additional cancellation terms before confirmation.

Do not make fraudulent or abusive bookings, access another person’s account or use Palo unlawfully. We may restrict an account or cancel abusive bookings when reasonably necessary to protect players, staff and the service.

Palo is an early-stage service. Maintenance, weather, emergencies, technical errors or venue operations can affect availability. Features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

You are responsible for access to the Google or Facebook account used to sign in. Those providers have their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how Palo handles personal information.

Sports activities involve inherent risks. Palo provides discovery and booking tools and does not operate every listed venue. To the extent permitted by law, Palo is not responsible for a club’s facilities, coaching, equipment or conduct, or for indirect or consequential loss.
