Delete your Palo data

1. Email my@addicted.design with the subject “Palo data deletion request,” or open our Facebook contact page and send “Delete my Palo account.”
2. Use the email address connected to Palo. If Facebook did not share an email, include the name and phone number used for bookings.
3. We may ask you to verify ownership. We will complete a verified request within 30 days and confirm when it is finished.

We delete or anonymize your Palo profile, social-login connection, notification subscriptions and personal details linked to bookings. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.

You can also remove Palo under Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Removing access stops future Facebook sign-ins but does not by itself delete booking data already stored in Palo. Send the request above to remove that data as well.
