Privacy Policy

• Account information: your name, email address, profile image and the account identifier provided by Google or Facebook when you choose social login.
• Contact information: your name and phone number when you make a guest booking or complete your profile.
• Booking information: club, court, date, time, price, booking status and related service activity.
• Notification information: browser push subscription details when you explicitly enable reminders.
• Technical information: limited security and diagnostic records needed to operate and protect Palo.

We use this information to authenticate you, create and manage court bookings, prevent duplicate or abusive bookings, send confirmations and reminders, provide support and improve service reliability.

If you continue with Facebook or Google, that provider sends Palo the information you approve on its consent screen. Palo does not receive or store your Facebook or Google password. You can remove Palo’s access in your provider’s connected-app settings.

We share booking details with the court or club responsible for your reservation. Technical providers may process limited data for hosting, database, authentication and notification delivery. We do not sell personal information.

We keep account and booking records only as long as reasonably needed to operate Palo, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You can update your name and phone in your Palo account, disable browser notifications in device settings, and request access, correction or deletion of your information. See our data deletion instructions.

Palo is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as Palo changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
